Worship Assistants
Liturgical Assistants
Liturgical Assistants lead processions with the large cross and lead the Prayers of the People. They are also trained to assist the clergy in the preparation and distribution of Communion.
Lectors
Lectors read portions of scripture during the service and lead the responsive reading of the psalms.
Acolytes
Acolytes light the candles around the sanctuary and help lead processions bearing tapers (candles on poles). People of all ages are encouraged to join this group to assist the congregation in focusing their worship.

USHERS
Ushers greet everyone entering the church, hand out worship materials, guide folks to and from the altar rail for communion, and assist in receiving the offering.
